Try Before You Buy - what you need to know
If you feel more comfortable travelling out to see a horse or a selection of prospect horses before you commit to a sale then we can help organise your trip. FLIGHTS The primary destinations are Prague International Airport (Czech Republic) or Bruno International Airport (Czech Republic).
(please check your nearest airport for destinations and upto date prices as the above costings are just an approximate and are not regularly updated) NB: We feel it is best that you organise your own flights but feel free to talk through dates and times before you make the booking.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF AT THE AIRPORT We will be there to meet you at the designated airport with pre organised transport and will take the necessary action to ensure that you arrive back at the airport at your requested departure time. (dependant on weather and traffic conditions)
ACCOMMODATION We will organise accomodation for everyone on the trip. It is sensible to budget approximately 30-50 Euros per night per room. The rooms will be clean, comfortable and should have en-suite facilities. Let us know how many people are coming and what sleeping arrangements are preferable. We suggest you do not bring children along as it is often a very intense and tiring experience. Schedules are tight and it is difficult to accommodate the needs of younger children. Trainers are also welcome and it is often a benefit to have a companion with you who knows your needs and capabilities. If you want to travel alone that is equally no problem. We are very honest and open about all the horses we show people and at no point want to sell the wrong horse/s to a client. We pride our selves in our strong success rate and do not wish to jeopardise our long term business plan. Feel free to contact one of our references for your peace of mind. Please note that we feel it is best that we make any accomodation bookings as we need to be flexible on route/destination. Mostly the accomodation will be sourced at venue.
CAR HIRE Because we do not reside in Europe on a permanent basis it will be necessary to hire a car to get around.
Please note that we feel it is best that we make any car hire bookings. Petr will be the designated driver and the agents require matching driver/booker details for their insurance. Because of this payment for car hire to us will be required before arrival.
VIDEO AND PICTURES We will be there to take stills and video footage of the horse/s you see and try. These can be forwarded on to you separately via email at the end of the trip or formatted to disk and posted to you for a modest fee.
